Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager (PM) to oversee and lead projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing diverse teams, adhering to timelines, and ensuring that project goals are met within scope and budget. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives and stakeholder needs. Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Address issues promptly to prevent delays or disruptions.
- Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and maintaining high productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring that all deliverables meet high standards and client expectations.
- Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies is a plus.
