● Designed the architecture of the app and owned the implementation end-to-end, leading a team of 5 Engineers. Have done task breakdown, scoping and planning for the project, as well as delegated the tasks to the team. Worked on a test plan, to achieve ~90% unit test coverage. ● Worked on a launch plan with the product owner and stakeholders. Post launch, crash-free users improved from 87% to 99.88%. ● Improved performance and code readability. ● Maintained code quality by being actively involved in daily ~4 code reviews. ● Actively involved in Operational Excellence, by troubleshooting and root-causing customer tickets and solving them within SLAs. ● Adding new customer features by collaborating with product owners and stakeholders. ● Mentored and onboarded 2 new Engineers to the team. Had daily sync-up and weekly 1:1 sessions in their first 3 months to educate them on the team’s architecture, shared documentation and helped to solve both technical and non-technical issues they were facing.
